CARE Awards

The CARE Awards (Clinician Awards for Retail Excellence) honor outstanding retail clinicians who go above and beyond the call of duty to achieve excellence in patient care.

Award categories include “CARE” Leadership Award and the Loretta Ford Lifetime Achievement Award, both picked by an advisory board, and Unsung Hero Award picked from a list of candidates nominated by peers.

Winners will be announced at the conference during a special awards ceremony. In addition, the winners will be featured in an issue of DSN Collaborative Care.
 
Only nurse practitioners and physician assistants currently working in a retail-based convenient care clinic location are eligible.
